Who We Are

Duffy Express Freight UC is a family owned transport and logistics provider established in 1980 with over 40 years experience servicing the Co. Donegal area. First established as a parcel carrier offering a next day service from Dublin to Donegal we have grown in size and offerings. Currently owned and managed by the founders Managing Directors John Duffy and William Duffy.

Over the years, we have developed into Donegal's premier transport company, trunking over 3000 pallets into Donegal every week, from all areas of the country, delivering to all areas of Donegal daily on our extensive fleet of articulated lorries, rigid lorries and vans.

The Team

We are extremely fortunate to have a dedicated and loyal team of people, many of whom have grown with the business over the years. Our team provide the exceptional customer service we are known for, and have helped forge our reputation for quality. With a culture of continuous improvement, and a view to the long term future, John Duffy and William Duffy have built a highly competent management team who run the business efficiently with customer focus.

Facilities

Duffy Express Freight operates from a 47,000 sq.ft. cross-dock facility on 3 acres, complete with 12 dock levellers and a 150,000 sq.ft secure concrete yard. The facility is located in Newtowncunningham 20 minutes from Letterkenny. Our operation runs 24/7, facilitating the time sensitive nature of our industry.
